When will my package be delivered?

Product delivery will be made after payment has been made and confirmed by the admin. Orders will be processed within 24 hours – 48 hours after we have received payment. We process orders only Monday-Saturday.

When will I receive the receipt?

Receipt will be sent to your email maximum in 2×24 hours after payment is made. Excluding public holidays and holidays. You can see your receipt in the My Account menu > My Orders > Order Details.

How can i check my delivery status?

You can view the order status and delivery status on the Transaction menu > Select Orders > View Order Details.

When will my package arrived? 

Delivery is carried out by a third party courier selected by the Customer themself. Delays in delivery are beyond our control.
